PureLink Launches Live Chat Tool for Technical Support
RAMSEY, NJ – February 8, 2016 – PureLink today announced the launch of a live chat tool on its website to offer visitors convenient and timely customer support. The live chat platform, which is available from today, allows PureLink partners and dealers to interact with its technical and customer service teams via an instant messaging interface. Visitors can click on the live chat window positioned on the bottom of the screen at any time while browsing the website to begin a conversation.
