RAMSEY, NJ – MAR. 11, 2016 – PureLink today announced the addition of the PM-SOS4-U3G/HD-SDI Output Board with 4K Downscaling Technology, now shipping, to its extensive catalog of PureMedia™ Ultra HD/4K signal management solutions. The PM-SOS4-U enables direct connection of Ultra HD/4K source signals to local 3G/HD-SDI equipped devices using PureLink’s proprietary 4K downscaling technology. The PM-SOS4-U is compatible with SDI, HD-SDI, and 3G-SDI video formats and features built-in GenLock input and output ports to ensure clean, glitch-free switching. With this board, any PureMedia system can be configured as dedicated 3G/HD-SDI matrix switchers, or with a combination of HDMI, DVI, HDBaseT, and fiber optic matrix switching.
